  • Irish cream such as Baileys (22 ml)

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) sambuca
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Irish cream such as Baileys

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the Shot Glass:
    Ensure your shot glass is clean and dry for the best layering effect.

  • 2. Pour the Sambuca:
    Measure ¾ oz of sambuca using a jigger and pour it directly into the shot glass. This forms the base layer.

    Hold a bar spoon upside down just above the surface of the sambuca.
